About the event
Hormones are like glasses: the lens through which we see the world. They are balanced, you are nearing ovulation: rose with a hint of sparkle. When they aren’t, it can feel like one of the lenses has been punched out and the other, no matter how much you clean it, is always foggy.
As female entrepreneurs, many of us came into this work dreaming of having our own rocking schedule, making more and working less. We are here to fulfill our soul’s purpose and live on our own terms.
But “getting there” can take a toll on us. There is no sick leave, no office hours, and often no back up in low season.
By nature of our menstrual cycle, we work in seasons and benefit deeply from following our own rhythm (and the changes that rhythm has through the different stages in life including menopause and after). We have a great potential as female entrepreneurs to make our cycle and our schedule work for us.
Come learn about the fundamentals of our cycle that haven’t been taught. Gain hormonal literacy. Be able to not only identify what’s happening in your body, but shifts specific to you for flourishing health. Feel free to bring any questions you may have about your specific cycle or hormonal health in general.
This two hour workshop comes with a glass of wine, good company and precious, birthright knowledge about your health. <3
